Due to the Ko Olina zoning requirements, homes within the resort are restricted to a 30 day minimum rental requirement.  By reserving the home for 30 days, you may find it less expensive than a shorter time at a resort or hotel.  Likewise, flight planning may be more flexible or you may wish to share the rental with family or close friends.

The 2023 rental rates are:

Low Season / Spring & Fall    $5,500 per MONTH

April 1 – May 31                    

September 1 – November 19               

Mid Season / Summer           $5,800 per MONTH

June 1 - August 31                 

High Season / Winter            $6,000 per MONTH

November 20 – March 31     

Note- $100 additional for Christmas/New Years week or portion

Departure cleaning fee (est $425)

Electricity usage above $150/month

17.962% taxes

$1,500 (USD) refundable Security Deposit required.

50% non-refundable deposit is due within ten (10) days of reservation.

Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

We accept cash and checks. There's an additional surcharge for credit cards.

Due to fees imposed by VRBO, rates booked directly through that website are higher than listed here.

Final rate is confirmed when deposit is received.

Trip insurance is recommended in case your plans change.

In Hawaii, garages are small and the two car garage will not fit minivans nor larger SUVs, and there is no alternative parking available.  Please plan accordingly.
